I am a size 12 jeans (on a good day) and size large on regular leggings and e xercise pants. The one size fits me perfectly, not tight, not lose, doesn’t hang low and I don’t have to keep pullin g them up like I normally do with tights due to my large behind. I absolutely recommend these!
